Able to process 32-bit PCM, DSD, and DXD, Brooklyn is fueled by an ESS Sabre chip and Mytek's proprietary Femtoclock Generator, which reduces internal jitter to inconceivably low levels. Brooklyn allows users to choose from either a 1dB step analog-domain volume attenuator or 1dB step digital-domain 32-bit attenuator with purist relay bypass. Better still, the analog preamp's line-level input can be reconfigured to accept MM and MC cartridges. On the digital side, all digital inputs can be routed into computer via USB2. Plus, you can also hook up CD players, ADCs, and Linux-based servers to Brooklyn. The host of S/PDIF, Toslink, and AES/EBU digital inputs are complemented by upgradeable firmware and an elegant remote.
