Delivery

We are happy to deliver any product or system within a 25 mile radius of the Atlanta area. Our at-home installations are thorough and quick. We will explain everything you need to know about your new system and offer continued tech support and assistance.  Additionally we offer:

Scheduled In-Home Delivery (Where available: $75):
We will bring the product through the front door where you will sign for your product. We are not responsible for unpacking the product or waiting for you to unpack your product. Please check product dimensions to make sure your shipment will fit through your door.

Scheduled White Glove Service (Where available: $150:
Our installer will bring the product into your home where you will sign for your product. The installer will then un-pack the product, plug the product into a wall outlet (if needed), place the product as requested by the consignee, and remove packing material if needed.  Please check product dimensions to make sure item will fit through doors and around corners.

Please note extra charges may apply to items that must be carried up multiple flights of stairs. Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.

 Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on many orders (USPS). Larger orders and oversize items ship via specialized freight carrier within 1-2 business days (see below for details). In-stock items will arrive within 1-7 business days with delivery Monday through Friday. All packages with a value of $100 or more require signature confirmation.

Free shipping is not available on items shipping outside of the continental US and we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes. We cannot waive the signature once an item is in transit. And once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, only returned for a refund (less original and return shipping charges) or credit or exchanged.

Returns

We offer 14 day return policy with a required Return Authorization #, or RMA# which must be obtained by phone or email on all items , except for the following: IEM headphones, custom orders, preorders, special orders, items on sale or discounted via a coupon code and used/demo items all sales are final. Custom orders are such that they are unique in nature or one offs. This being odd lengths or terminations.  We also do not accept returns on IEMs, because they are inserted into your ear canal and can not be returned for health reasons. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns or a store credit, or a minimum of $25. If you have questions, please check with us first. To initiate a return, call 888-419-3113 during our regular business hours and we will coordinate a re-shipment or pick-up time.

Your return package must include the following: a copy of your invoice, a note detailing the reason for the return, all original packing materials, including cables, power supplies, instructions, remote controls, warranty cards, etc. Your package must arrive in resalable condition. If these instructions are not followed your return will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.  Exchange processing times may vary depending on availability.

We strongly recommend sending your return package via UPS or FedEx so it can be insured and tracked (this is especially important with heavy, fragile, and more expensive items). If a return is sent via US Mail, then the customer accepts all responsibility if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Sight+Sound Gallery is not liable for any uninsured packages.

Terms

We will accept US Credit Cards shipped to a confirmed US address. Your items will be shipped when payment is accepted. For Foreign Purchases, we will accept PayPal ;there is a 4 day clear time on Foreign PayPal accounts. You are paying Direct Prices for all of our Lines. When using PayPal we ship to the address on the PayPal invoice. If this is not your current address, I would suggest changing it.
